IMPORTANT:  No medication, whether prescription or over-the-counter, is allowed on a WSFCS campus without a consent to administer form completed by a parent/guardian and a doctor.  Any medication, along with a printed and signed form (LINKED HERE), should be taken to the main office where it will be stored in a locked area and dispensed as directed.
