End of Year Student iPad Roll-in and Personal Item Pick-up

Greetings PHMA Students and Families, 

Here are the detailed instructions on how to return school items such as iPads, hotspots, library books and how to pick-up personal items and purchase yearbooks. Prior to your scheduled day, please reset your iPads. See directions iPad Roll-in Directions. We have created a very precise schedule, so this process does not take a lot of your time but is also designed to protect the health and safety of our parents, students, and our staff.  Please know we still must follow state guidelines regarding social distancing and we ask your cooperation in taking part in the safety procedures you will see outlined upon arrival.  For PHMA we will receive students/families from 7:00 until 6:00 p.m. students can return/pick-up items based on the following schedule:

  • June 8th - Team Rockin' Researchers (6th Grade -Baker, Ball, Lanter, and Long)
  • June 9th - Team A+ Architects (6th Grade – Bongweni, Martin, Pankey, and West)
  • June 10th - Team Eclectic Engineers (7th Grade – Benita, Black, Hawks, and Jeffries)
  • June 11th - Team C.S.I. (7th Grade – Alvarez, Holgersen, Ladokun, and Young)
  • June 12th - Team Incredible Innovators (8th Grade – Couillard, Edwards, Presley, and Sifiye)
  • June 15th - Team Exceptional Explorers (8th Grade – Bradshaw (Owens), Brenneman, Gilliam and Yacinthe)

Upon arriving to campus families will need to follow the path below:

Stop at the first station: School-Owned Item Return Station (7th Grade Hallway Exit). At this station you will return district-issued hotspots, school-issued library books, calculators, band equipment, etc. The attendant will provide an outstanding items due to the school form (if applicable) and a receipt for all items returned. Once the attendant gives you the okay, proceed to station #2.

 

Stop at the second station: iPad Return Station (8th Grade Hallway Exit). At this station you will return all accessories (power cord, charging brick, and pouch). The attendant will provide receipt for all items returned. Once the attendant gives you the okay, proceed to station #3.

 

Stop at the third station: Yearbook and Other Payments/ Personal Item Pick-up Lost and Found Claims Station (Main Office). At this station you will receive all personal items retrieved from your student’s locker. Additionally, any consumable instructional resources will be distributed. An attendant will also be available to assist with any lost and found claims. Once the attendant gives you the okay, proceed to station #4.

 

Stop at the fourth station: Novant Health Care Station (pass the PHMA Spirit Rock). At this station you will receive masks for you and your family members along with a COVID-19 informational flyer courtesy of our friends at Novant Health.

Grade Promotion Station (Near ALC -only open on June 12 and June 15).
