Hello to all SEMS families and staff. Here are this week's announcements:

Good luck to our volleyball teams. They will play at home on Monday against East Forsyth. Any students who are interested in staying should have your rides on campus by 5:00pm for pickup. The teams will travel to Hanes on Tuesday and to Kernersville on Thursday.

This Tuesday and Wednesday, we are having a social during the school day for any 8th grade students who grew at least 10 points or scored above a 60 on the 8th grade Science check-in.

On Thursday morning, some of our 8th grade students will attend the Spirit of Harriet Tubman performance in our gym.

Spring pictures will take place next Monday, March 13. These pictures are optional and only those who wish to purchase pictures will participate. All students have received the picture packet with all information.

Parents, we have recently had an increasing number of student conflicts on our campus. The vast majority of these conflicts are starting online on social media platforms or through messaging between students outside of school hours. We are asking for your help in talking with your students and monitoring their online activity and accounts. In addition, we plan on adjusting some of our hallway transitions and procedures in order to help reduce these occurrences and prioritize learning in our classrooms.
