From knowing nothing about the band to getting a college scholarship to play in the band is an impressive feat. That is exactly what happened for 10 band seniors from Carver High School's Class of 2026. WS/FCS Cable 2 Photojournalist Kevin Wrenn sat down with Carver band director Juan Eckerd and some of those freshmen in WSSU's Red Sea of Sound and shares why their Carver band experience has made all the difference in shaping their futures.
