Hydroponics

At C. Douglas Carter High School, our hydroponic vegetable plants provide students with hands-on learning experiences with a sustainable agriculture education. By growing vegetables without soil, students engage in innovative farming techniques that promote environmental responsibility and food security. This initiative not only supports our school's commitment to experiential learning but also encourages healthy eating habits and community involvement. Our students develop practical skills in science, technology, and sustainability while contributing fresh produce to our school and local community.

Come out and enjoy some of the fresh vegetables. See flyer for additional information
