Hello Families,

This is your principal, Dr. Martinez, with important updates for the second day of school.

First, thank you for your support and cooperation during our first day back. I know traffic and parking were a concern this morning, and I appreciate your patience as we work to improve our arrival and dismissal processes.

To help alleviate morning traffic starting tomorrow, please note the following for student drivers:

Parking Stickers Required – You must have a Career Center parking sticker to park in our lots.
If you do not have a parking sticker, your options are:
- Take the shuttle bus from your home school
- Be dropped off at school
- Carpool with a student who has a parking sticker
Purchasing a Parking Sticker – Stickers are sold in the main office. To purchase, you must have:
- A completed student driver contract signed by you and your parent
- A receipt from your home school showing you purchased a parking spot there as well
- Your driver’s license and vehicle registration
- $10 fee
Note: Parking stickers for students who leave after 4th hour are sold out. We will accept student forms and place those students on the waiting list.

Finally, please follow the directions of our parking attendants for drop-off and pick-up. Do not drop your child in the middle of the carpool lane—it is unsafe. With over 1,900 students, we must work together to ensure smooth and safe procedures for everyone.
