The School Health Alliance will be providing a Mobile Health Unit to come to Easton Elementary on the 5th Tuesday of the month from 8AM-3PM. These dates will be:
Tuesday, October 29th
Tuesday, December 31st
Tuesday, April 29th
Services provided include:
- Well child physicals
- Sports physicals
- Minor illness/injury care
- NC Health Assessments
- Nutrition, hearing, and vision screening
- Mental health counseling
