We are excited to celebrate our students during the 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony, which will take place on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Grace Baptist Church.

Promotion Ceremony Details
Ceremony Start Times:
Session A: 8:15 AM
Session B: 10:30 AM
Parent Arrival Times:
Session A Parents: 7:45 AM
Session B Parents: 10:15 AM
Transportation:
Students will be transported to and from the ceremony by school bus. Families are not permitted to drop students off directly at the church. Students must arrive at school by 7:15 AM to ensure attendance and breakfast.
On the day of the ceremony, parents may use a QR code if they would like to check their child out following the promotion ceremony.

Guest Information
To accommodate all families, each student is limited to two (2) guests. To help ensure everyone has equal access to seating, the names listed on the permission slip will be checked upon arrival.
Please do not save seats.
Balloons are not permitted inside the auditorium.
Dress Code
Students are expected to follow the school dress code for the promotion ceremony:
Clean, well-maintained clothing (no holes, tears, or rips)
Collared or polo shirts and blouses
Dress pants or khakis
No hoodies or graphic t-shirts
No backless or strapless tops unless accompanied by a sweater or cover for bare shoulders
