Third grade had the opportunity to visit Kaleideum in Downtown Winston-Salem. We embarked on an immersive journey through space and explored the surfaces of planets, moons, and dwarf planets. Afterward, we were able to visit several of their galleries including: "By Design" that had a focus on coding, "In Motion" where the focus was on force and motion, "Storytelling" which had a focus on literacy, "Our Nature" which included some live animals, "Rooftop Adventure" an outdoor playground on the roof, and "Wonders of Water" where they could experience water in all forms.
