Gibson celebrated reading all month by hosting a tissue box and pumpkin character contest in the Library. Ms. Emory Burton took first place for her entry: "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie". On the 31st. Staff and Scholars dressed as their favorite storybook character and parents joined the fun in the afternoon for a Storybook Trunk or Treat. Everyone marched parade style outside to find a spooky bus, many cars, and trucks filled with candy. There was also cotton candy, face painting, and student volunteers from Mt. Tabor! It was a fantastic treat!
