End of Grade testing is near! See below for our testing dates so you and your scholar are prepared.
?How can you prepare your scholar?
Stay positive – Encourage confidence and remind your child that effort matters more than perfection.
Encourage reading – Have your child read daily to improve comprehension and focus.
Work on weak areas – Ask teachers for feedback on which subjects or skills need extra attention.
Ensure adequate sleep- A full nights rest will keep them focused on the test!
Offer encouragement – A kind note or pep talk can boost morale before the test.

Griffith Families, we need your input!
We rely on stakeholder input to inform our decisions to ensure we are working towards a shared vision. Please complete the Griffith Parent survey to tell us what we are doing well, what we need to work on, and what ways we can best get YOU involved in the happenings at Griffith. We will work together to analyze the data and determine priorities for the upcoming year, those priorities set our School Improvement Plan and drive our budget.

Griffith Elementary School celebrated the end of SEE Summer School with a schoolwide dance party on Thursday afternoon. Students had a phenomenal time all summer, learning robotics, art, African drumming, STEM, science, social studies, traditional math, literacy enrichment, and more. It all culminated in one last festivity run by Darryl Gordon of D Unity X. Glad to see everyone enjoying their summer!
