Updated Dismissal Procedures
Dear Families,
We have a few important updates to help dismissal run smoothly and safely:
Please do not line up before 2:30 p.m. This allows us to complete the dismissal for middle school students before starting elementary dismissal.
Green placards should be placed in your front window. If you have more than one car rider, please have a placard for each child.
Make sure names are written in large, clear letters so staff can easily read them.
We are no longer using the QR code system. Staff will manually enter names into the system.
Once your child’s name appears on the screen, they will exit through the side doors of the cafeteria and media center.
For safety precautions, no scholars will be standing at the cones during dismissal.
Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep dismissal safe and efficient for all students.

Dear Parents and Families,
We hope this message finds you well! As we continue to prioritize the safety and efficiency of our car rider procedures, we kindly ask for your attention and cooperation in the following guidelines for pick-up and drop-off:
Morning Drop-Off Procedures:
Time: Drop-off begins at [insert time] and ends promptly at [insert time]. Please ensure your child arrives on time to avoid delays.
Location: All cars should enter through [insert location] and follow the designated path to the drop-off zone.
Lanes: Please use both lanes and stop at the traffic cone with a staff member. The staff member will alternate lanes, directing cars to pull forward to the first cone or as far as you can.
Safety:Once traffic stops, a staff member will help your students out of the car. Please remain in your vehicle to ensure a smooth and safe process.
Entrance: Students will enter the building at the cafeteria entrance.
Afternoon Pick-Up Procedures:
Time: Pick-up begins at 2:50.
QR Code and Form: Staff members will come out to the car rider line at 2:40 PM and provide a QR code for you to scan and cone number. This QR code will open a form that asks for your student’s name, teacher’s name, grade, and cone number.
Cone Assignment: When traffic starts to flow, please pull forward to your designated cone number. If your student is not at the cone, please notify a staff member and pull forward to cone one.
Loading Zone: A staff member will assist your child in safely entering your vehicle. Please do not exit your car.
Patience and Courtesy: We ask for your patience during busy times and encourage courteous behavior towards staff and other parents. This helps maintain a positive and safe environment for everyone.
General Reminders:
Weather: During inclement weather, please be prepared for slight delays. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep everyone safe.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive after the designated time, please park and escort your child to the front office to check them in.
Thank you for your cooperation and attention to these procedures. Together, we can ensure a smooth and safe experience for all our students.
