The district has introduced a new initiative called R.I.D.E.S. to provide additional support for our bus drivers during routes, field trips, and other transportation needs. As part of this initiative, every family is required to complete an agreement for each student, as buses are used for field trips. These agreements were sent home last week (yellow paper).
We want every bus ride to be safe, respectful, and pleasant for students and drivers. WS/FCS R.I.D.E.S. is an educational program and set of expectations for how everyone will behave one the bus.
