Dear Lowrance Families,

As we close out the year, I wanted to take this opportunity to highlight some of the amazing things we have accomplished.

  • We successfully completed our Title I and CSI budgets, our Department of Public Instruction visits, and our strategic goals as well as completing Facilitated Assessment Measurement summary to narrow down our top 3 priorities for the 25-26 school year.

  • For the 2025-2026 school year we will be focusing on:

    • Professional development and coaching for staff

    • Providing adequate time for multi-tiered instruction and intervention

    • Effectively use appropriate data tools for individual needs

  • Our middle school and high school students participated in field trip experiences this year such as: The Kaladium, The Greensboro Natural Science Center and Kimonos.

  • 97 % of our students participated in club time and students chose activities to increase their social skills, including many of our homebound students.

  • Our community partnerships with Winston Salem State University, Wake Forest and Young Life along with our relationship with Augsburg Lutheran Church continue to strengthen.

  • We also had multiple spirit weeks, celebrations, acts of kindness, Luaus, 8th grade promotion ceremony, awards day,10th grade transition celebration, and the list goes on.

I hope you all have an enjoyable Summer Break and I look forward to Welcoming you back in August.
