Teachers creating their bouquets

Multiple community partners have stepped up to support Old Town Elementary. Just before the district-wide Reduction-in-Force took effect, Reynolda Gardens donated a beautiful Flower Bar and several boxes of Dough-Joe's donuts for our staff. During last Monday's workday, NC Democrats Precinct 909 donated breakfast while several volunteers worked together to provide Camel City BBQ for lunch. Multiple churches have also aided our school with much needed donations. Maple Springs has provided pastries and coffee, College Park Baptist has donated school supplies and walkie talkies, and New Hope United Methodist supplied new thermometers. We also appreciate Wake Forest University Office of Civic and Community Engagement's staff and faculty for working hard this past Saturday to beautify the front of our school.

Thank you to all these wonderful volunteers. Your support, time, and fundraising efforts are extremely appreciated and we hope to continue working together to create a thriving Old Town community.
