Some of Parkland’s Sport and Event Marketing students recently had the opportunity to visit Carolina Core Soccer Stadium for an exciting career-focused field trip! Students were introduced to a variety of careers within the sports industry, including ticket sales, sports marketing, field preparation, event operations, and more.
The experience helped students discover that a career in sports extends far beyond being a professional athlete or soccer player.
The experience connected classroom learning to real-world careers.
