During the week of 9/16-9/20 RHES will be participating in Start with Hello Week. Check out the attached flyer to see what we will be doing at school and be sure to wear green on Wednesday, 9/18.

Yellow tags will no longer be accepted in the car rider line. You must have a red tag.

Picture day will be held on Friday, September 13.

Open House is canceled on August 8 and is rescheduled for Friday, August 9 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm.

The WS/FCS Board of Education has approved Christie Brown as the new principal of Rural Hall Elementary School. Brown began her career with WS/FCS as a teacher at Forest Park Elementary School. She later transitioned into school administration. She held positions as assistant principal at Mineral Springs Middle School and Paisley IB Magnet School, and she is currently assistant principal at Flat Rock Middle School. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Winston-Salem State University and a master's degree from North Carolina A&T State University. Congratulations Christie! She begins her new role on September 1
