Remote Learning Choice Board Information

This packet contains a 6-Day Remote Learning Choice Board. It is to be used ONLY on days when Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools (WSFCS) officially declares a Remote Learning Day.

⚠️ This packet is NOT additional work or homework.
Assignments should only be completed on designated Remote Learning Days.

How It Works:

The packet includes work for 6 Remote Learning Days.

Students will complete ONE day only for each Remote Learning Day announced.

Students should complete the row of activities for the assigned day.

Each day includes:

Literacy

Math

Science/Social Studies

Physical Activity

Music/Art

Important Reminders:

Students should not work ahead or complete multiple days at one time.

The due date for each Remote Learning Day will be communicated through ClassDojo.

After returning to school from an inclement weather closure, students will have two (2) school days to turn in the assigned Remote Learning Day work to their classroom teachers.

Weather Closure Notice

Due to winter weather, Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools (WS/FCS) buildings and campuses will be closed for all internal and external activities on Saturday, January 24, and Sunday. We will be announcing plans for next week on Sunday. Please listen to the Sunday Message and look at district webpage for the latest announcements.

A December to Remember!!

Ward Lions collected a total of 619 items/cans to kick off our new school food pantry! Wow!! Thank you, Ward students and families, for your giving spirit during the holidays! Congratulations to Ms. Stanback's class, who collected the most cans with 127, Mrs. Potts's class with 105, and Mrs. Fuller's with 89!!
