Two student-athletes (one male and one female) will be selected from the pool of applicants to receive a one‑year, non‑renewable scholarship in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000) each. Selection will be based on the information provided in this application, along with two recommendations, one from a West Forsyth coach and one from a West Forsyth academic teacher. All submitted information will remain confidential and will be reviewed only by individuals involved in the selection process.
To be eligible, the student-athlete or a parent must be an active member of the West Forsyth Athletic Booster Club (WFABC). Applicants must have participated in West Forsyth athletics during the 2025–2026 school year and plan to attend a two‑ or four‑year post‑secondary institution. In addition, applicants must have a weighted class rank within the top one‑half (1/2) of the senior class. Class rank will be considered as one of several factors in determining scholarship recipients.
