Atkins High School held a very special pinning ceremony this week. Through the nursing fundamentals program, students receive a certification as a nursing assistant that is nationally recognized and allows them to begin entry-level positions in hospitals, nursing homes, and doctors offices.
It is something they can use to move forward in a great career in the healthcare industry. Their teacher is Michelle Collins, RN, She is the Nursing Fundamentals Teacher at Atkins.
Congrats to ALL the graduates!
