SEMS Student Council will be hosting a donation drive on Tuesday and Thursday this week during our drop-off and pick-up car rider lines. A donation jar will also be available in the front office. In addition to the donation drive, SEMS Student Council will host its first Valentine's Day Pop-Up shop on Friday, February 14th. Students may visit the table and purchase goods during their lunch period. Costs will range from $0.50 to $2.00. All funds will be poured back into the student body for future events and activities. Thank you for your support!

Basketball tryouts are this week! Girls tryouts will be Monday and Tuesday afternoons. Boys tryouts will be Wednesday and Thursday. Tryouts are until 4pm each day. Students interested in trying out must have your required paperwork uploaded into Dragonfly online before tryouts begin.

Jaguars United for Western NC! From October 7-10, SEMS will be collecting money and change to assist families affected by Hurricane Helene. All donations will go to the American Red Cross and Samaritan's Purse, two organizations that are directly assisting families with recovery and relief efforts. Drop your money and change in the buckets at lunch, in the car line, or in the main office. Let's show them how much the Jaguars care!
