Dear SEMS Families,
As part of the North Carolina End-of-Grade (EOG) and End-of-Course (EOC) assessment program,
students who do not demonstrate grade-level proficiency on their initial EOG assessments, may be given an opportunity to participate in retesting. We do encourage students to retest, especially if they are very close to passing the test. If your student is not proficient on the
first test administration, you MUST give permission to retest. We will follow the schedule below.
Estimadas familias de SEMS:
Ofrecemos la oportunidad de volver a realizar el examen a los estudiantes elegibles. Si su estudiante no logra el nivel requerido en la primera administración del examen, le solicitamos permiso para volver a realizarlo según el cronograma. En cualquier caso, necesitamos que complete y devuelva este formulario a la escuela indicando su elección.
